Category:Computer security software Category:PHPThe present invention relates to a filter apparatus for a vehicle fuel system and more particularly pertains to filtering both oil and fuel from the vehicle fuel system. The use of fuel systems is known in the prior art. More specifically, fuel systems heretofore devised and utilized for the purpose of filtering oil and fuel are known to consist basically of familiar, expected and obvious structural configurations, notwithstanding the myriad of designs encompassed by the crowded prior art which have been developed for the fulfillment of countless objectives and requirements. By way of example, U.S. Pat. No. 4,934,428 to Madaus et al. discloses a two-stage fuel filter arrangement. U.S. Pat. No. 3,945,371 to Krewer et al. discloses a combined fuel filter and oil filter assembly for a marine engine. U.S. Pat. No. 3,875,066 to Welch discloses a fuel filter system. U.S. Pat. No. 4,913,240 to Roshan discloses an oil filter and fuel filter system for automotive engines. U.S. Pat. No. 4,021,216 to Grose discloses a fuel filter assembly for a gas turbine engine. Lastly, U.S. Pat. No. 3,934,787 to Lantz discloses a fuel filter system. While these devices fulfill their respective, particular objective and requirements, the aforementioned patents do not describe a filter apparatus for a vehicle fuel system that filters both oil and fuel from the vehicle fuel system. In this respect, the filter apparatus for a vehicle fuel system according to the present invention substantially departs from the conventional concepts and designs of the prior art, and in doing so provides an apparatus primarily developed for the purpose of filtering both oil and fuel from the vehicle fuel system. Therefore, it can be appreciated that there exists a continuing need for a new and improved filter apparatus for a vehicle fuel system which can be used for filtering both oil and fuel from the vehicle fuel system.
